GERALDINE OSORIO'S EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
In At GERALDINE OSORIO , we strive to offer the highest quality products and ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below is our exchange and return policy for swimwear, in accordance with Colombian consumer protection law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All our garments, excluding those with current discounts or offers, have a period of up to 6 calendar days after purchase to request a size or color exchange.
Promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
1. Clothing and swimwear :
- Hygiene Conditions: For hygiene reasons, we only accept exchanges or returns of garments that have not been worn and are in perfect condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Testing and Use: The product must not show signs of use, damage or have been washed.
Considerations for making a change:
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused and clean.
- It must not have been modified from its original state (no cuts, accessory applications, or customizations made by the customer).
- You must keep the labels, tags, and original packaging in which it was sent.
- GERALDINE OSORIO reserves the right to accept exchanges and returns.
- Shipping costs are borne by the consumer, who must ensure that the garment is sent in perfect condition.
- Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
- Exchanges must be made for products of the same or higher value, in which case the corresponding difference will be charged.
2. Right of Withdrawal:
- In purchases made through electronic means (internet, telephone, etc.), the consumer has the right to withdraw from his purchase within five (5) business days following delivery of the product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be in the same condition as when received, with no signs of use and with all its original packaging and labels.
3. Manufacturing Defects:
- If the product has manufacturing defects, the consumer has the right to request repair, replacement, or a refund.
- The claim for manufacturing defects must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase.
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
1. Request for Exchange or Return:
- To request a return or exchange, please email hola@geraldineosorio.com with your order number, a description of the reason for the return or exchange, and product photos in case of manufacturing defects.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide any necessary instructions.
2. Product Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Make sure to package your product securely to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches our facility.
3. Processing of Exchange or Return:
- Once we receive the product, our team will inspect its condition. If the product meets our exchange and return policies, we will process the exchange or refund as requested.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used in the original purchase and may take up to ten (10) business days to process.
EXCLUSIONS
- We do not accept exchanges or returns on products that have been used, washed, or that do not have their original labels and packaging.
- We do not accept returns on sale or discounted products, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
